Returns, complaints, exchanges
 
RETURNS:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The condition for withdrawing from the contract is to return the unused, undamaged goods with undamaged tags, a written statement and proof of purchase. All costs related to the return of the goods are borne by you, the buyer. We, as the Seller, reimburse you for the equivalent of the ordered goods and shipping costs, which are equivalent to the lowest shipping costs offered in our store. You will receive the payment for the returned product up to 14 business days to the account indicated by you or to the account from which the payment was made.
 
NOTE: Remember to return the rest of the FREE items received in the order. If the customer fails to collect the paid order, the value of the ordered goods is returned after receiving the return. The value of the shipment will not be refunded, as in this case we will be charged an additional return fee by the shipping company.
 
COMPLAINTS:

The condition for considering the complaint is sending the claimed item back together with a written statement and, if possible, proof of purchase.
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel, we will inform the consumer about the decision regarding its consideration. The cost of the complaint is covered by the buyer.
Items that have been unused and washed contrary to the recommendations on the label and on the washing instructions are not considered unreasonable.

EXCHANGE:
The condition for the exchange of items is prior agreement of such a transaction with the store by sending an inquiry to sklep@yanowska.pl.
After receiving a positive response, the unused, undamaged goods should be returned with undamaged tags, a written statement of exchange and proof of purchase. All costs related to the return of the goods are borne by you, the buyer.
Please put the amount of PLN in the package or transfer it to the company's account.

Items marked as OUTLET, i.e. items whose price has been significantly reduced due to visible defects, about which the customer has been informed, are not subject to complaints, returns or exchanges.

It may happen that at the address of YANOWSKA.pl there will be no one to pick up the return package. In this case, we do not bear the cost of re-shipping.
